Antelope systems is growing and now looking for a Customer Success Manager to be in charge of different projects within the company. As A Customer Success Manager, your job is to plan, oversee and document all aspects of the specific projects you are working on.
The Customer Success Manager’s primary focus is to provide customers with the best care through the friendly, engaging and confident voice of Antelope. This person will have a passion for helping others as well as a sense of urgency to improve customer experience. In addition, you will also need to specify new features and improvements to the system with the clients.
Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and an ability to learn new software programs quickly. We value enthusiastic self-starters and encourage those with the desire to join a thriving young brand to contact us.
• Experience in Customer Success with online B2B companies is an advantage.
• Excellent Customer Support experience with the ability to represent the brand’s voice, adapting/responding
to various types of customer personalities with enthusiasm, urgency, and genuine care.
• Proficient command of the English language.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Takes initiative to solve problems.
• Technical knowledge of HTML and SQL will be considered advantageous.
