Job Description:

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a well established Telecommunications Organization, is looking to recruit a Human Resources Administrator in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

– Administrate the entire employment life-cycle, from hiring to exit
– Process the payroll instructions (salaries, bonuses, other payroll variables) and collaborate with Finance
for the Payroll calculation
– Provide HR administrative support to internal customers (colleagues and management)
– Handle administration of annual vacations and other types of leave
– Manage employees’ files
– Update and maintain the SAP system with employment data
– Issue and maintain regular reports with HR admin metrics
– Obtain and renew work permits as needed
– Ensure full confidentiality of the entire data handled
– Ensure full compliance with all work-related legislation and data protection requirements

Qualifications:

– Previous relevant experience of at least 3 years in a business environment is a must
– University Degree in any field
– Very good knowledge of related legislation is a must
– Excellent language skills in Greek and English, including writing
– Computer literacy (MS Office), with proven ability to manage complex reporting in Excel; advanced Excel
skills is a mandatory request
– Knowledge of SAP or other HR system will be considered an advantage
– Integrity and understanding of confidentiality
– Very strong customer orientation
– Proven multi-tasking skills
