Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Corporate Services Group of Companies, is looking to recruit an IT Officer in Limassol;

Identify, research, and resolve questions and problems related to computer hardware, software, printer/scanner and networks.
Manage and improve the company’s GDPR and Cybersecurity systems.
Install, configure, upgrade and deploy computer hardware and software under mainly a Windows platform.
Consult with individual users on computer-related problems and provide solutions.
The document, track, and monitor assigned requests ensuring a timely resolution.
Maintain IT equipment inventory.
Assist in troubleshooting of network and related outages and issues.

College or University Degree in IT, MIS or related studies.
Minimum of two years of practical experience in computer hardware and software support.
Highly energetic, friendly, professional, hardworking and eager to help, no matter how menial a task may be, are all traits that are absolutely essential.
The potential to research, learn, grow and develop own skills.
Passionate about IT and eager to solve problems on own initiative.
Knowledge, skill and ability are required in MS Windows 7-10, Exchange servers and anti-virus software
Solid knowledge of MS Office and multimedia applications.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP networks, AD, DNS, DHCP, Cisco Routers and Manageable Switches.
Basic understanding of Android, iOS and Windows mobile technologies.
Highly collaborative and a team player.
Great organizational and communication skills.
