Advance Career Ltd, is seeking to recruit a vibrant and vigorous Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team;
– Assist with day to day operations and provide administrative support to the team.
– Follow up on the interview process status.
– Explore new recruitment options to advertise & recruit candidates.
– Maintain relationships with clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
– Conduct market research (new business, new departments in business etc.)
– Responsible in using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract new business.
– Handle a portfolio of clients and assist them with their recruitment and HR needs.
– Visiting clients to build and develop relationships.
– Screen resumes and conduct interviews with candidates to shortlist for a wide range of roles.
– Draft job descriptions for various vacancies and post across social media channels on a weekly basis.
– Headhunting to identify suitable candidates.
– Meet performance based targets assigned by management.
– University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related.
– Basic knowledge of the HR sphere and strong will to develop professionally.
– Fluency in English and Greek.
– Proactive with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
– Confident and positive attitude.
