Advance Career on behalf of our client, an Industrial Equipment Trading organisation in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Russian speaking Officer / Logistics Manager.
– Handling client requests on equipment and maintaining a customer database.
– Planning and organising business meetings and business trips.
– Following up on ongoing contracts with foreign trade companies/contractors.
– Monitoring and keeping updated with supplies orders.
– Monitoring and negotiating orders’ delivery times.
– Preparation of financial statements, financial budget.
– Managing all logistics documentation (invoices, shipping documents, customs freight declarations).
– Managing account payables & receivables.
– Preparation and submission of business tax documentation.
– Economic Business Management – Office Management duties, Monitoring rental agreements etc.
– University degree in any relevant field (Business Management, Economics / Finance,
– Experience as a manager-generalist, first line management.
– Previous experience in Trading, Procurement or Sales.
– Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
– Experience in business correspondence.
– Fluency in Russian & English (speaking, business correspondence).
– Ability to work independently (discipline, self-management & organisational skills).
– High sense of responsibility & diligence.
– Ability to travel.
– Ability to work on a flexible work schedule (depending on work load).
