Job Description:

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a well-established Forex Organisation based in Larnaca, is looking to recruit a Sales & Retention Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

– Responsible for achieving and exceeding their personal targets
– Lead by example by possessing full product knowledge and demonstrating excellent sales/retention skills by
consistently overachieving
– Provide support to team members on the day to day operations of the department
– To offer development and motivation to the sales team
– Make suggestions to improve the operation and efficiency of the department
– Communicate relevant changes and initiatives to the sales team
– Attain full understanding of the company operating systems
– Following the company sales strategy as outlined by management
– Detailed and accurate input of data and information in all internal system
– To assist in the recruitment of new agents
– Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
– Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

Qualifications:

– University/College Degree
– Fluency in English: Additional Languages will be considered an advantage
– Knowledge in Technical Analysis is preferred
– I.T. Proficient
– Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
