Job Description:

Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a leading Services provider is seeking to recruit a Secretary.

Responsibilities:

– Manage office maintenance including administrative tasks (i.e scan, copy, phone calls)
– Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
– Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;
– Manage travel issues, i.e., flight’s, hotel’s etc.

Qualifications:

– Fluent in English & Greek, both written and verbal
– At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
– Good administration and organization skills
– Computer literate
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
